PLG SaaS 14‑Day ARR Lift Sprint — Conditional Guarantee

Summary

We stand behind the sprint. If we do not identify $250,000+ in near‑term ARR opportunities within 14 calendar days, and you complete the required inputs on time, we will either: (a) continue working at no additional charge until we do, or (b) refund the sprint fee—at our discretion.

‍Definitions

• Identify: We deliver a written opportunity set of specific initiatives with quantified incremental ARR (conservative assumptions) and a prioritized 30–90 day implementation plan.
• Near‑term: Opportunities reasonably implementable within 30–90 days by a typical PLG B2B SaaS team without net‑new headcount.
• Quantified: Each initiative includes driver, mechanism, required inputs, and an ARR lift estimate with assumptions.

Eligibility Conditions (you must complete all)

1. Data Checklist completed within 2 business days of kickoff.
2. Grant read‑only access to agreed tools (product analytics, billing, CRM, warehouse) within 2 business days.
3. Attend/authorize the scheduled reviews (kickoff, mid‑sprint, final readout) within the 14‑day window.
4. ICP fit: US‑based PLG B2B SaaS with $1M–$20M ARR; materially accurate data.
5. No scope changes mid‑sprint.

What Voids the Guarantee

• Missed inputs/access/reviews, material data inaccuracies, or materially changing scope/targets mid‑sprint.
• Inability to verify key data needed to size opportunities.

Remedy

• If conditions are met and we have not identified $250,000+ in near‑term ARR opportunities by Day 14, we will either continue working at no additional charge until we do or refund the sprint fee. Selection of remedy is at our discretion.

Claim Process

• Submit a written request to guarantee@cloveanalytics.com within 5 business days of the final readout, referencing eligibility conditions.
• We will review within 5 business days and confirm either extended work scope/timeline or refund.

Limitations

• This guarantee covers identification of opportunities, not realized revenue (implementation results depend on your execution).
• Liability cap equals fees paid for the sprint; no indirect or consequential damages.
